About the Role

Responsible for field-level farmer support, crop monitoring, contract farming activities, and timely reporting to improve productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

    Visit villages/farms and maintain strong farmer engagement.

    Guide farmers on scientific farming practices and input usage.

    Register and onboard farmers for contract farming.

    Monitor crop growth, pests/diseases, and field conditions.

    Maintain field data and submit daily/weekly reports.

Skills & Qualifications

    B.Sc (Agri) / Agri Diploma

    0–3 years field experience

    Two-wheeler & smartphone

    Basic Excel skills & Gujarati communication

    Local Vadodara candidates preferred
